Private Consultant/Adviser Support – Tauranga (Full time or part time) recruitment
This is a newly created role within Westpac and as such we are open to considering candidates with diverse levels of experience.
The key focus of this position will be to deliver top quality customer service and/or financial advice to existing and new clients by working alongside and supporting Senior Financial/Private Advisers. On a daily basis this will require that you recognise and meet customer needs (either through your own personal interaction or referral to the appropriate service provider) including any necessary follow up activities. This will require you to develop a high level of knowledge and understanding about the bank's products and services.
Preferred candidates will have a mix of the following experience:
- Strong understanding of credit and lending principles
- A passion for customer service and building strong relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience gained within banking/financial services
- Being (or willing to become) an Authorised Financial Adviser
