Private Equity Accountant
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established private equity firm headquartered in London, with offices throughout Europe. Due to continued growth, the firm has a rare vacancy within their finance team for a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the team leader, you will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements for Limited Partnerships (UK/US GAAP), as well as preparing quarterly reports for investors. You will have full responsibility for preparing the draw-downs for investors, as well as the figures for the deal sheets pertaining to investment acquisitions and disposals.
Your Profile
The client is looking to meeting with candidates who have recently qualified (ACA/ACCA/CA) within Private Equity audit, or those who have been preparing accounts for Limited Partnerships, looking for their first hands-on accounting position within a Private Equity firm. The client will expect you to have a strong record of academic achievement along with a numerate degree from a top tier university. Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will be liaising with senior management on a regular basis.
