Private Equity Analyst / Associate (Hong Kong based)
As part of the Asia team, you will be working actively on all aspects of new platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures and related financings, including but not limited to the following: p
p
• Helping to process new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment, to competitive positioning, to initial underwriting and deal structuring, to pitching deals internally; p
• Conducting due diligence on pursued deals, including business diligence, risk underwriting, and managing external advisors; p
• Building robust, flexible financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts; p
• Performing ad-hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations; p
• Providing hands-on support to portfolio companies; p
• Supporting debt and equity fundraising processes p
p
You should ideally possess the following: p
1) Degree qualified from a reputable institution p
2) At least 2 years of related experience either with a PE firm, investment bank or management consulting firm p
3) Strong financial modelling and valuation experience p
4) Solid communication skills p
5) A good teamplayer p
6) Mandarin is mandatory p
