Private Equity Analyst / Associate – TMT recruitment
A market leading global private equity firm is looking for an analyst/associate with a minimum of a years working experience within the TMT space.
You will have a top tier US or UK education, MA experience, and a passion for investment. You must also be fluent in Mandarin.
Job Descriptions:
Screening, evaluating and executing investment opportunities.
Providing strategic advice to portfolio companies and investment committee.
Deal negotiation and post investment monitoring.
Conducting industry and company investment research.
Extensive financial modeling.
Draft investment memo and proposal.
Job Requirements:
Top tier university graduate in finance, accounting and/or commerce or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in IBD
Fluent English Mandarin
Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills with attention to details.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as a team player.
