Private Equity Controller- 12B AUM recruitment
This groups operations include portfolio management, fund accounting and reporting, tax return preparation and reporting, treasury function and investor relations. Members of the team work closely with the firm's outside advisors such as attorneys, bankers, custodians and accounting and tax professionals.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel
* 6 - 10 years accounting experience in the financial service industry with a solid understanding of investments preferable
* Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels and other finance groups
* Capability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Tax, with a strong GPA
