HR Analyst – ENO – Securities – Hong Kong recruitment

Responsible for the efficient planning support in the preparation of HR processes within divisions.

- Partnering with HRASME on HR processes including employee mobility, benefits, and managing leaver process for voluntary and involuntary leavers
On-boarding
- Liaise with LRT Ops/Finance hiring managers on the various triggers needed for the 90 day experience
- Run logistics of CS Citizen programme (issue passport and other follow through touch points)
- Organise the quarterly tea with regional mgmt team for new joiners

Off-boarding
- Coordinate with line manager and SDC on capturing departures in a timely manner, track to ensure all leavers are processed in the system
- Liaise with SDC to issue leaver's documents before termination date; failing which coordinate posting of documents to leavers post departure date
- Retrieve overpayments made by Payroll/SDC to leavers

Payroll
- Prepare Pay Element uploads for non-standard items (e.g. clawbacks, shift/weekend allowances, RIF payments)
- Check PE files prepared by country HR and verify for HRBP approval

Analytics
- Prepare the monthly HR metrics deck for IB Ops (coordinate with global, LRT, Campus, IAM, Benefits, Comp)
- Prepare the weekly post IPB leavers file for regional mgmt
- Pull together ad-hoc requirements in liaison with SDC, GDI, Workforce Analytics, Global Colleagues, e.g. diversity stats, attrition stats for audits

HCP
- Prepare the material needed for HCP discussions, including pulling Talent Profile static information from OneHRIS, e-files and physical files.
- Schedule meetings with relevant parties
- Coordinate logistics for 360 degree reports and meetings

Engagement Survey
- Liaise with superusers to ensure necessary reports are obtained in a timely manner
- Analyse data with HRBPs to prepare for meeting with line managers
- Prepare slides as necessary for presentation of results

Promotion
- Assist in logistics of Promotion Committee meetings (book rooms and time of committee members)
- Track the material from committee proceedings, continually update the list
- Liaise with Business School to deliver Promotion Celebratory event

Compensation
- Assist in checking spreadsheets
- Liaise with Comp Analyst to have comp letters printed in time for comp communication
- Work with HRBPs to check all letters bundle as appropriate together with relevant spreadsheets, as well as post to satellite locations

Rewards Recognition
- Liaise with line managers and global colleagues to deliver the quarterly participation lists for CCRP

Others
- Run and track reports of compliance leave and to coordinate carryover leave exceptional approval process
- Act as liaison with SDC for any letters to be issued, e.g. reference checks, visa application, certifying letters
- Prepare slides for ITM meetings as well as Townhalls
- Disseminate material which comes from global colleagues (e.g. promotion gifts, L2M booklets)
- Support ad-hoc projects (e.g. review of supervisory levels)
- Trigger immigration process for new dependants, Personalised Employment Pass (PEP), employment pass (EP) cancellation in terminations

Degree holder

Min 3-4 years of HR Experience or relevant administrative experience

Experience in working within the financial services industry is preferred

Understanding of labour laws and best practice from a HR perspective
