(hereafter referred to as "Ping An") and is an integral part of Ping An, whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2318.HK) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601318).
In February 2002, Ping An Trust obtained approval from the People's Bank of China for re-registration. Its registered capital has increased four-fold, reaching RMB 6.988 billion and making it the largest trust company in mainland China in terms of registered capital.
Responsibilities:
• Private equity project dealing and sourcing
• Identifying the potential opportunity for new PE projects
• Financial analysis and due diligence
• PE investment in different industries
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Over 10 years PE investment experience in industries
• Strong track records
• Good connection with different target companies and investors
• Strong analytical experience
• CPA/ACCA/CFA will be a plus
