Funds Specialist – Investment Management recruitment
Responsibilities:
1) Select and monitor funds for the Private Bank
2) Provide effective communication which includes broadcast emails, marketing materials and website
3) Provide marketing and after-sales support to RMs on funds
4) Promote portfolio approach in addressing clients’ investment needs
5) Participate in client meetings for proposals and account reviews
6) Liase with external fund houses for marketing materials, commentaries and manager presentations
7) Coordinate morning presentations and present in team meetings
8) Provide training to RMs on funds and sales tools
9) Engage in operational issues to ensure smooth delivery of funds business
Requirements:
1) University degree in Business Management/Finance and other related professional qualification
2) Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience in investment/managing fund products
3) Excellent investment and fund products knowledge
4) Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
5) Excellent proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
6) Details oriented
7) Fluent in English, Cantonese, Putonghua
8) Able to work under pressure independently with tight deadlines
9) Good team player, self-motivated with proven ability to work with people at all level
10) Qualified to be registered type 1, 4 and 9 licenses with HKMA
