Process Analyst (ITIL) – LONDON – CONTRACT
Process Analyst (ITIL) urgently required for a contract role based in London.
Working on a Transformation programme, this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly-polished Analyst with strong ITIL framework experience to work on a new application service
This person will be expected to define, co-ordinate, implement and ensure the service support activities are designed, tested and deployed in a controlled manner.
With this, this must be done with minimum disruption and impact to overall service delivery.
For this role, the successful candidate will have Process Analyst experience, and will have strong ITIL framework/service transition expertise.
ITIL service management knowledge is key, as is the knowhow of how the ITIL processes relate within service operations.
In terms of management, this person will be required to lead the project workstream to effectively manage the assessment of potential impacts to processes.
Other key elements which are required for this contract role are Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong MS Office exposure, important for communicating at all levels of stakeholder management.
