Process Architect

This position is responsible for providing support to all of Store Planning Environment (SPE) departments; working with the management team to identify, prioritize and plan the implementation of key strategic projects critical for the success and growth of the SPE businesses. This position will help define and develop business rules and integrate processes; facilitates meeting with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements and identify recommended solutions; manages approved SPE process initiatives to conception through implementation. The focus will be on helping ensure cross functional understanding and seamless execution as we support an organization responsible for the planning and delivery of product service for Lowe?s. The Sr Analyst, SPE Initiatives will be responsible for the management and direction of multiple project based activities all focused on building and developing critical path processes, documenting and identifying best practices, working with business sponsors to build business cases, and providing project management to the enhancements in what SPE can offer our customers. This position will also be responsible for long range plans and ad-hoc business planning as it arises, collating and analyzing data, and developing tools to facilitate the planning process. An important element of this position is to drive organizational succession planning and the training and on-boarding of new team members. The successful candidate will be customer oriented, results driven and passionate about delivering innovative quality services and support to our customers (Store Planning Environment). Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree ? 2-4 years experience in retail, product service and/or consulting environment ? Work experience in process development/management, and/or project management ? Thorough knowledge of the application of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) ? Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills, including ability to synthesize information for top management ? Possess good judgment, positive attitude and professional demeanor ? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ? Excellent time management/organizational skills ? Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills ? Must be a self starter with the ability to work well under pressure ? Outstanding attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: ? Advanced degree in business management ? 4+ years experience in retail ? Knowledge of Lowe?s computer systems, policies and procedures ? High degree of familiarity with the retail service industry as a whole ? preferably in the Home Improvement sector.
