My client is looking to drive continuous improvement into the culture of their business so are looking to employ a Process Change Manager with Lean/Six Sigma skills to lead this culture of continuous improvement. This is senior position within the business and requires someone with a passion for Lean methodologies and a desire to make a difference in the business.
You will lead the change management of all projects from the business and make sure Lean is embedded into the business.
You must have strong Stakeholder management skills and be used to dealing with senior stakeholders
You will be a Lean coach for the business and assist in training development
You must have a Lean/Six Sigma qualification to be successful in this role
Have delivered change programs previously, culturally strategically.
