The Role, Key Responsibilities and Relationships

• Identify and document the processes and associated controls with the help of an existing staff member, recommendations will be documented separately and formally presented back to the relevant Head. 
• Make recommendations in terms of process improvements and or missing controls which you feel need to be implemented.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required

• Ability to build rapport, trust and a good working relationship with internal customers at all levels
• Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use data to map a process
• Ability to make decisions to provide effective and timely resolution to requests/queries
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines without loss of quality
• Strong Team player
• Good organisational skills
