Process management consultant H/F recruitment
Our client is the one of the longest-established banks in Europe. In their Berlin office we are looking with immediate effect for a Process Management Consultant.
The job is based in BERLIN.
You develop, optimize effective processes for the business and Customer service. You need to bring technical assistance to the training department in the preparation of training materials. You actively participate in change of processes and the final implementation thereof.
You have willingness to acquire detailed knowledge and a deep understanding of the systems in use, current processes and their implementation within the (banking) system.
You are the point of contact for customer service at special or complex processes, procedures and banking issues. Finally, you have independent contact with external bank regulators.
You have a profound experience in the organizational area of a bank; you graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
You must have relevant practical experience in process development and documentation; you are able to work well under pressure and you have passion for excellent customer service.
