We have a position available in our Information Technology department as a Process Specialist for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at our corporate headquarters location in Danvers, MA. The Process Specialist will be responsible for the design, delivery and support of best practice solutions for the organization with an emphasis on SAP PLM, CAD interfaces and Q-Gate tracking. Resource will be considered a process expert, undertaking complex projects requiring knowledge of both systems and business processes within the business unit. Job duties will require coordination with business customers, technical resources and members of management. The successful candidate will have broad latitude in decisions; coordinate with end-users to determine system requirements, implement system improvements and provide training and guidance for less experienced staff. Job responsibilities include: - Provide first level business process and systems support in the PLM area. - Work in close collaboration with our business customers to define business requirements in the PLM area, design solutions to address these requirements and drive the implementation of these solutions using the OSRAM SYLVANIA approved toolset. - Serve as the project lead on small to medium-sized projects. - Develop, maintain and deliver training on PLM Systems to business users. - Use project management best practices and tools to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements: Requirements:- BS/BA plus minimum 7 yrs relevant experience required. - Minimum 3 years SAP experience.- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.- Proven analytical skills required to provide effective PLM support.- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
