Processing Specialist

You will be responsible for the end to end processing of corporate actions, promptly notifying clients of the events, process their instruction and ensure that any new cash or stock is correctly updated in the client portfolio.
· Comparing market information for discrepancies
· Creating corporate action events in internal systems
· Carrying out reconciliation
· Gathering client responses on the actions
· Sending client instructions to the market
· Processing client payment
· Answering client queries through the dedicated enquiries team.
Requirements
· Experience of working in fast paced environment in varied tasks
· Attention to detail
· Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise own workload
· Experience of working under pressure
· Adapting to change
· Working with high volumes to strict deadlines

· Proactive and willingness to learn
