Procurement analyst Job in Eindhoven 5657 DV, Noord Brabant Netherlands

The function:

Through the procurement function the company strategically engages commercially with its suppliers /vendors. It’s an organized, collaborative approach to identify requirements across all functions and trading with select suppliers in an appropriate way. The function endeavours to continuously improve and re-evaluate the company’s procurement activities.

 

The main responsibilities:

 

Requirements:

Bachelor working/thinking level with approximately 2 years of relevant working experience;

  • Eager and fast learner;
  • Highly numerate with strong data collection, analytical and financial skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch;
  • Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Ability to work on own initiative to tight timescales;
  • Knowledge of tendering process and legal requirement is preferred;
  • IT literate (Oracle advantageous), MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
