Procurement Multi-family Manager L
Position Description Senior management position reporting to the Supplier Management (SM) 737 program Leader. Major responsibilities include managing and reporting program status on all external purchased supply chain parts from factory installation through Customer delivery for the 737 NG program. This would include, but is not limited to, 737 Supplier Quality, Rate Readiness, work movement, contracting, cost warranty, and shortages. This position is also responsible for leading and managing SM commodity focals via the Airplane Integration Team (AIT) and Value Stream Team (VST) alignment for Airframe (Structures), Propulsion, Interiors, Systems, Integration, and CAS as well as integrating 737 Program requirements with SM Commodity and Supplier strategies. This leader will directly support the AIT and the Manufacturing / Operations Leadership team in the factory. Ensures 737 program objectives are incorporated into SM's overarching strategic framework. Develops and maintains strong working-together relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, suppliers, and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivated employees. Other Job related information Successful candidates will bring demonstrated business and technical skills, ability to partner with program personnel across varied functions, and will be results schedule oriented. Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Broad experience and Program Management skills / experience / training preferred. Procurement and contracting a experience a plus. Sr. Management experience preferred.
