Procurement Systems & Compliance Co-ordinator. Job in Manchester M604es, North West Uk

 

Do you have a proven track record in co-ordinating administration and support of desktop systems, with an organised approach, strong communication and MS Office skills, and are keen to join our Procurement team during an exciting time in our history?

 

§  Provide full support for Procurement systems including regular data uploads administration tasks

§  Support development of new Procurement systems

§  Produce monthly compliance reporting to track business and Procurement compliance against key

   processes.

§  Own and deliver internal business and supplier communication to drive process and spend

   compliance. 

§  Produce annual communication plans

§  Own, develop and maintain the Procurement Preferred Supplier List

§  Co-ordinate Procurement requirements to support purchase to pay processes

§  Ownership for delivery of departmental events to include planning and scheduling and liaison with

   internal and external parties

§  Provide effective office/administrative support to the award winning Procurement Department,

   including team presentations, management of holiday schedules, departmental travel and

   departmental events, Group Procurement cost centre / invoices, new starter inductions, meeting

   minutes.

   on key processes
