Vice President, Receivables Finance (Factoring) recruitment
Job Responsibilities
You will achieve growth in the Receivables Finance business and deliver the Total Operating Income as detailed in the annual operating / strategic plans. Through improving the credit quality of the Receivables Finance portfolios, you willsafeguard the Bank from potential losses arising from BD. You will provide product and technical support to Relationship Managers and engage in joint marketing visits. Through ensuring the delivery of first class service and support that consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations, you will facilitate a smooth and seamless transition of accounts from Acquisition to Portfolio Team.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree from a recognised university
- At least 6 - 10 years across one or two cross-functional business areas in banking
- Possess broad experience, problem solving skills, strong commercial orientation and maturity
- Factoring Operational background is preferred but not essential
- At least 4 - 6 years of corporate credit and marketing experience in Factoring with proactive mindset to spot RF opportunities
