Procurement Systems Officer
Our client an NHS organisation is seeking Procurement Systems Assistant to provide a supportive help desk service to encourage and enable staff/managers across the organisation use the procurement systems, to allow orders to be sent and suppliers paid promptly.
The role will have lead responsibility for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) System training / guidance and user support, ensuring the P2P process operates efficiently.
Key tasks
Procurement System User Support - Act as the first point of contact for purchase to pay queries
Provide Training / Systems Guidance - New Users / Existing Staff
Financial Purchase to Pay Systems control / System Administration
Candidates
We are seeking applications from individuals who have relevant experience from a Finance or Procurement background with knowledge and experience of a Purchase to Pay system / Oracle systems
You will need to have excellent communication and Excel skills and the ability to support staff and managers with using systems to ensure the correct procurement process is followed.
