Serve as a friendly and insightful primary point of contact for our customers. Deliver an amazing customer experience every time. Summary of Essential Job Functions: Acquire and maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all Microsoft retail products and service offerings. Be the in-store example of the Microsoft vision of the long term customer relationship. Provide customized solutions to new purchasers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Collaborate with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with elated customers. Flawlessly execute the sales and service strategies of the Microsoft Retail organization. Engage, Educate, Excite, and Empower both customers and team members alike. Smile, have fun, work hard and achieve success. Performing Phone Activation Completing sales transactions with POS Additional Skills and Abilities required: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Team player and ability to get along with others. Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, public facing environment. Lifting with or without assistance (loading and unloading all those great products and carrying purchases out for our customers may be required! Minimum requirements: Superior Customer Service skills. 2 years previous retail sales experience. Passion for Microsoft products and technology. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Prior experience selling technology preferred. Teaching or training experience is a plus.
