Sr Associate Customer Support Ops (Polish Czech language)

Objectives - Team member in cross functional projects - Support of business Order to Cash processes and system improvements - Ensures that our internal and external customers are taken care of according to the department's policies and procedures - Ensures that all the orders are processed according to the customers specific instructions and conditions Position Specific Tasks - Within the self steering team responsible for coordination of the workload within the country team - Support team in order entry, call handling, service complaints, returns and debit / credit notes - Provide excellent customer and product service; ensures customers are satisfied - Monitoring of shipments - Develop and maintain good relationship with internal and external customers and Local Service Providers - Stock monitoring LSPs - Provide input for the monthly country KPIs - Update performance boards - Elevate and discuss country issues -Facilitates the implementation of new processes or process changes - Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes - Provide input for month end closing - Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Managers CS when (potential) issue cannot be solved by team - Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of CS performance - Project team member for overall Customer Service related projects - Understanding of Amgen Breda core processes and impact on Customer Service - Ensure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date This positions starts with a year contract but after that, there is the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.
