Position Details:
The Product Analyst will work primarily with the Product Analytics, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Teams to develop strategic analyses for improving marketing efficiency, product enhancements, and leveraging ElM’s closed loop data. This includes, but is not limited to, deep analysis around marketing mix, product attributes, and pricing.Responsibilities will also include the development of key performance metrics. This entails comprehensive projections, goal-setting, a tactical approach, building feedback loops, and measuring performance versus goals.This person will be deeply ingrained within several ElM teams and will be expected to have a comprehensive outlook at all times. The Analyst will also manage critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and will continuously assist in the evolution and automation of reporting and processes. Altogether, the Analyst will make our Product, Marketing, and Sales Teams more proactive, strategic, efficient, and accountable.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely and consultatively with the Marketing, Product, and Sales Teams
- Compile and translate large amounts of data
- Use deep analysis to identify, strategize, and encourage action on new opportunities
- Present conclusions clearly to the relevant team
- Develop goals and action plans for meeting and measuring these goals
- Develop queries, models, and procedures to generate ongoing analysis
- Develop analyses of client business trends and behaviors for strategic management
- Manage client data for use in strategic pricing, acquisition, and retention
- Clearly document procedures to ensure repeatability and portability
- Take the lead on weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic reviews and presentations
- Ad-hoc reporting as necessary
Skills:
- Strong record of accomplishment in analysis, pricing, or product management
- A natural curiosity for problem-solving

Requirements:
- Degree in an analytical or quantitative field
- MBA is preferred, but not necessary
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in analysis, pricing, yield/revenue management, and/or product management
- A demonstrated history of successful analytical work
- A demonstrated history of successful team work
- A demonstrated history of successful process and project management
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- High proficiency with MS Access
- Top notch Process/Project Management skills is a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of Microstrategy Reporting (or similar) is a plus
