Product Analyst recruitment
Main Responsibilities
- Defining Business Requirements (Familiarity with Capital Markets a plus)
- Writing Functional Specification
- Managing Client / Product expectations
- Management Support of Product Lifecycles
- Provide clients with expert product assistance and troubleshooting of our products services via telephone and in person
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Running SQL queries
- Maintaining data feeds into the application
- Training and Implementation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with writing business requirements and functional specifications
- Knowledge and experience with full product development life. Should include but not be limited to successful product execution
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills, as this role requires heavy phone and client contact
- Demonstrated experience in building client relationships.
- Must have the ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client, translate these needs into product enhancements, and perform high-level troubleshooting
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and enjoys the challenge of problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is a must
- Experience with quality assurance testing
- Must be able to work independently yet be a strong team player/ leader
- Ability to collaborate and work well with multiple organizational and functional departments
Minimal Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent in a related field
- 0 -2 years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Skills with Microsoft Access are advantageous.
