supports the project team by documenting requirements captured during client meetings
configures the product according to the requirements defined for a Client
tests the client specific product configurations.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the requirements analysis workshops and documents product configurations for clients
Demonstrate the product to clients
Work from functional and product specifications to re-produce the configuration
Write SQL to retrieve data for display on screens
Prepare and Execute test cases to validate the product configurations built
Execute regression testing (QA) on releases of Product going to clients
Trouble-shoot issues that arise in the course of configuring software
Identify improvements to the packaged applications, processes or supporting documentation
Train end users in product functionality specific to the client
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in technical role - programming, technical/IT support, software installation, testing.
Experience working with customers onsite
Good process analysis and mapping skills
Good technical trouble shooting skills
Excellent working knowledge of RDBMS's, particularly Oracle, SQL Server or DB2
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a determined approach to own work
Flexibility and ability to take the initiative on issues
Ability to manage own time efficiently
Fluency in English and Spanish
Desirable:
Some industry knowledge of Retail, Corporate, Correspondent or Investment Banking and the challenges facing these banking sectors from a compliance and regulatory perspective
Previous knowledge of installing software, creating test environments
Experience of Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS or Tomcat
Report building skills
Experience of XML and messaging concepts
Understanding of Java and J2EE
