Product Control – Senior Associate recruitment
A global Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf are looking for a Product Controller (Senior Associate) to join their Commodities area on a permanent basis. The Commodities area has 35 members of staff covering all Commodity products. This is a rapidly growing area for the Bank.
As the Product Controller you will be responsible for;
-Daily PL and Risk production for the Trading desk
-Understanding and Explaining PL residuals
-Client Value and Portfolio Management analysis
-Balance Sheet Monitoring, Analysis and Usage Review
-Continually challenging the business' Target Operating Model
-Implement improvements to the system infrastructure control environment
-Month end management (PL forecasts, Interaction with Fair Value group)
-Quarterly Corporate external reporting -Economic v GAAP differences
Ideally the successful candidate will be have a qualification in Accounting. Also previous Commodities product knowledge would be beneficial but our client will consider all asset classes.Advantage Professional is a leading international recruitment consultancy.
