Product Control / Trade Support Manager, Multi asset class, Hedge Fund recruitment
Reporting directly in to the CFO, you are based on the trading floor covering all desks in a role that covers desk assistant, middle office, operations, product control and compliance responsibilities. Whilst working alongside and managing two other individuals in the team, you will also take on CFO responsibilities as you grow in the role.
It is a difficult mandate to complete as the candidate should have covered Trade Support / Operations, will have an accounting background or have accounting skills from previous roles, should be used to working in a front office facing environment and should also have good IT (excel) skills. You will own trader relationships across all desks and should therefore have a good level of derivatives knowledge. You also must have managerial / supervisory experience and be particularly strong in Excel.
