Product Data Analyst recruitment

The function will support the ongoing improvement and expansion of the strategic securities information hub to support the wide range of front, middle and back-office applications and systems requiring high quality, standardized security master data. The function will provide direction to our extension offshore team and serve as a subject matter expert and level 2 support when required.

Qualifications
Relevant education with a focus on finance or quantitative subjects is required. Minimum Bachelor degree with a finance major preferred.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in global financial markets and in specific, the trading, execution and settlement of fixed income and highly structured / illiquid debt and derivatives

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the financial markets with focus on quantitative fixed income and derivatives including: structured products, US treasuries / agencies, sovereign debt, domestic and international corporate bonds and equities, and listed options

• Knowledge and proficiency with reference data and vendors including: Bloomberg Back Office, Terminal / DDE Functionality, Interactive Data, Euroclear, DTC, Markit,

Desired skills:

• Genuine interest in fixed income or derivatives

• Participation in industry forums focused on security master and reference data including Enterprise Data Management Council and the FISD

• Knowledge of third party software solutions including Broadridge Impact, Informatica, Sybase,

• Relevant Fixed Income certifications a plus and/or prior experience as trading support, research analyst, reference data analyst

• Strong communication and organization skills
