Deliverables Tasks
• Work with and offer solutions to the Products Team on planning time and prioritising work, so that the workload is completed with due regard for priority and time-scales.
• Continuously review and monitor progress of information requested from others, where necessary chasing, ensuring stated time-scales are met.
• Exercise significant personal initiative and foresight to proactively execute tasks not requiring input from the product managers enabling them to concentrate on key objectives.
• Maintain a well organised and readily understood filing system, paying particular attention to securing sensitive documents to ensure that records are kept up to date and are easily found and that confidentiality is maintained.
• Support product management meetings, taking minutes and follow up on action points.
• Manage the Product Pipeline – review pipeline, collate data and update regularly.
• Work with Head of Product Governance on Global Product and Strategy Committee (GPSC) meetings in managing the papers for these committees.
• Support for the PMG or equivalent (planning of meetings, note taking, etc).
• Support and assist the Product Managers in the product build meetings.
• Support and where required take the lead for post launch reviews
• Support planning of and completion of annual reviews as per the target time line.
• Ensure documents are kept up to date and maintain relevant data on Aviva World.
• Communicate all major, significant team contributions.
• Intranet champion for Products Team.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the product development managers other product administrators.
• Help to develop good working atmosphere amongst the team.
• Carry out relevant and ad hoc activities as guided by the Head of Product Governance.
Other:
- Stay abreast of regulatory and other relevant market changes in the relevant jurisdictions.
- Contribute to the wider success of Product Development as a key member of the team.
