Product Development Associate
Working in their full range of mutual funds you will be part of a product development team of 4. Your role will be the driving force behind new products opportunities, through to the launch of the product.
This department is currently responsible for $20 million of the companies Investments, and is currently the market leader for Europe.
Your role will have three areas of responsibility:
New Product Development – Scoping of projects, running project teams, working on large and complex projects and working closely with legal and regulatory colleagues.
Research – Running research projects, identifying opportunities and product Strategies, customer analysis, product positioning and gathering internal and external information to ascertain new product recommendations.
Market Related Work – Subject matter expert for the sales and marketing teams, project work and analysis resulting form sales inquiries, helping to formulate sales arguments and support distribution by acting as the county product specialist.
To apply for this role you will need to have 2+ years experience of working in the mutual Fund industry within a product related role. A strong educational background, CFA Level I + and have excellent communication skills and be comfortable gaining company wide buy-in.
