Role Synopsis We are looking for a PDM coordinator to help serve multiple product lines. The PDM coordinator works closely with the PDM manager to serve as a business partner to these departments supporting processes that help maximize the return on technology investment and optimize project execution Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Day to day activities include, but are not limited to: Gate meetings: · Schedule meetings maintain gate calendar as per Clarity gate plans · Confirm gatekeeper (or delegate) attendance · Verify documents available on time for gate · Print required gate materials · Take meeting minutes Data document management : · Ensure monthly project costs loaded accurately into Clarity · Administer clarity access rights · Maintain Clarity matrices (e.g. PLM changes, events, etc.) · Assist with document uploads · Waiver Deviation tracking and reports · Training coordination · Schedule training as needed coordinate across business segments · Provide overview training for PDM/CATS PDM Process: · Provide first level response on issues and questions around PDM process · Act as delegate for PDM Mgr as needed · Assist with Business Segment CIP meetings · Under guidance of PDM Mgr · Setup periodic audits Basic Qualifications · Bachelor ??s Degree · 5+ years experience in Office administration · Experience using databases and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.
