They are seeking a Product Development professional to lead customer insights and identify profitable proposition.
Reporting to the Head of Product Development you will be required to maintain and build good relationships with regulators and key internal stakeholders whilst effectively managing the product approval process in a professional and timely manner. You will lead customer insights and drive product proposition projects with a high degree of Independence and Integrity for Hong Kong as well as the wider global business. Your proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills will help you become aware of movement within the market whether for competition distribution trends or regulatory changes. Your drive and passion will help you manage project teams successfully.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 7 years Product Development experience within the financial services sector with good knowledge and proven experience with ILAS products and relevant regulatory matters. You will have the ability to work under tight deadlines whilst managing multiple assignments.
