MARKETING PRODUCT DIRECTOR, BIOPHARMA
A growing smaller biopharmaceutical organization located in Mountain View is seeking an experience Marketing Product Director to join its' expanding team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and execute product-level strategies for HCPs.
- Translate strategy into prioritized tactics for HCP audiences. Collaborate with health marketing team to deliver pharmacy tactics.
- Lead marketing team to deliver compelling semester meeting resources. Ensure that marketing mix across portfolio and promotions are optimized to meet revenue goals. Collaborate effectively with sales training to execute workshop objectives for semester.
- Manage branded advertising agency.
- Develop deep customer insights to tailor programs and messages.
- Assess and respond to competitor moves.
- Oversee the development of physician or other HCP advisory boards.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute KOL-focused initiatives.
- Measure impact of programs, including promotional initiatives and REMs.
- Develop and manage a budget, allocating resources to maximize impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical or device industry experience (some pharma required!) with focus on marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales training.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-impact resources for healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated track record of team leadership and staff development.
- Set goals and track metrics for team performance. Ability to analyze data, gain insights and share information.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups and gain customer and patient insights.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-range plans and future business strategies.
