Product Manager – Remittances & FX recruitment

Key Result Areas

• Manage the revenue line coming from remittances FX services

• Expand customer base remitting through Mashreq from different channels – branch, MoL, Mobile

• Use latest technologies to drive innovation in the remittance space

• Open new channels to increase remittance volumes revenues

• Establish a strategic roadmap for the bank in the area of remittances FX. This should include product, pricing, distribution, technology process.

• Work closely with the segments distribution channels to ensure the volume revenue objectives are met.

• Conceive, develop execute promotional campaigns across channels to increase penetration.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively so that the objectives are met effectively.

       • Develop processes for product delivery and product booking to provide superior                    customer service while not giving away any operational controls.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• MBA preferred

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking - Liabilities

• Experience in remittances / FX is an added advantage, not mandatory

• Strong analytical skills

• Good interpersonal skills
