Product Manager – Web & Data recruitment
The Role
Moody’s Web Strategy team manages the display and distribution of research, data and analytics on Moodys.com and related channels. The group has recently launched a new version of our flagship website and continues to integrate more content from our subsidiaries to create a world class customer experience.
We are seeking an associate for our London office to improve the experience of our product offerings through all our delivery channels, with a focus on the website. The associate will participate in ongoing enhancements to existing offerings and in strategic projects to introduce new products and functionality to our website, web applications, and data services.
Key Responsibilities
Experience
• Strong undergraduate track-record demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership ability.
• Experience in a client-facing, service related industry, including but not limited to financial services or eCommerce.
• Experience working in a globally distributed business.
• Experience with web analytics, web support, data tagging, and site measurement tools is helpful.
Key Skills Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or economics preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required; understanding of relational databases and some experience with SQL preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services, or the desire and ability to quickly learn how to leverage these tools is required.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including very good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties
- Individual must be highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work using own initiative and without close supervision
- Ability to work pro-actively on a number of tasks while effectively managing deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
• Manage development cycle of products including responsibility for creating the required documentation, testing and rollout support.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative input to inform the creation of user stories, test cases, and user acceptance plans to enhance functionality.
• Create and monitor success metrics for projects and make further recommendations.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and requirements elaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner technical knowledge with external-facing counterparts to help realize product opportunities
• Provide training and support to internal users
