Job Description

Product Manager - Peerless

Delta Faucet has an outstanding opportunity for a Product Manager within our Marketing team at our Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters. This role, focusing on our Peerless brand of products, establishes the scope of the product offering in terms of price points, features and benefits within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set. The Product Manager manages the products from concept to obsolescence and proactively evolves the product offering in light of business trends including consumer, customer and manufacturing.

Principal Accountabilities:

Education and Experience/Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in a business or engineering-related field (MBA highly desirable) and 5 or more years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated project management skills, highly developed communication skills and solid design-sense. This person should have the demonstrated ability to objectively analyze data and should have experience in building products and channels. Must be able to excel in a team environment and have a well developed understanding of sales and marketing strategies. This position will be required to travel to Asia several times a year to work with 3rd party manufacturers on product line changes.
