Product Manager
Within BP it sits a lending product manager role which will design the product platform, provide innovative lending solutions to match our clients' needs and expectations.
A strategic role based in Hong Kong, key responsibilities will include:
- Direct contribution to the Bank's loan book revenue and asset growth. Impact the HKCEO loan book business via driving sales force and marketing effort.
- Proactively look for pricing and sales opportunities by analyzing the business and driving loan book screening.
- Spearhead important business initiatives and projects by coordinating with various functional partners.
- Impact day-to-day deal completion and expect direct conversation with bankers. Take client needs and product suitability into consideration and constantly review lending platform and process aiming to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in the financial services industry, ideally in loan related/ credit area, as a product manager.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and credit policies in the international/domestic private banking and/ or corporate banking market.
- Strong knowledge of domestic residential and commercial property mortgage business model, offering and execution.
- Knowledge of private banking investment products is a plus.
- Composed, with strong presentation skills combined with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Time management and organizational skills, with ability to drive/ reinvent processes to run services more efficiently.
