Product Manager
A Global Wealth Manager are currently recruiting for and experienced Product Manager with a background in the UK Mortgage Market. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to manage a new regulatory change implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead all day to day project management deliverables for the successful implementation of new prescribed MMR rules for Wealth Mortgage Products.
Act as advisor to the business of MMR regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Assess and analyse Compliance and Regulatory issues regards MMR.
Roll out of policies and procedures designed to achieve and ensure compliance with new MMR rules.
Implement the transfer of mortgage product suite into business areas
Experience Required:
Expert knowledge and understanding of the UK mortgage market.
Strong business acumen
Thorough knowledge of relevant UK regulatory environment (MCOB, Basel 2/3, CCA)
Strong project management skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrable knowledge of Credit products e.g. Mortgage
ACIB CeMap qualifications or equivalent preferable
Full suite of MS Office applications (Excellent Excel Powerpoint)
Ability to manage development opportunities for individuals
Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
