Working within the Commercial Products team, the purpose of the role is to manage the Commercial lending products distributed through Corporate Commercial Banking channels. You will be the product owner, responsible for managing products across the end-to-end value chain. You will develop and implement the product strategy, specifically focusing on growth and portfolio management. The products include both term loans and overdrafts. Managing within the defined regulations is a key focus, and part of a broader requirement to ensure products are well managed, provide adequate returns, and deliver leading customer experience.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Strong product management experience
- Strong knowledge of lending products
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Strong focus on delivery and proven execution skills
