Product Manager, Commercial Cards
Westpac Institutional Bank's Global Transactional Services (GTS) business is the clear Australian market leader in providing cash management, payables and receivables technologies, correspondent banking services and supply chain solutions. Commercial cards are a significant product portfolio within our Payments business within GTS.
We are seeking to appoint a Product Manager to our Employee Benefits Card (EBC) and Electronic Value Prepaid Cards (EVC) portfolio. This is a combined, innovative portfolio that offers a high degree of variation and opportunities for growth. The role is located in our corporate headquarters at Westpac Place in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Cards, you will be responsible for driving product specific projects and identifying process enhancements and executing from inception to completion. Success in this role requires a high degree of collaboration both with the distribution teams within GTS as well as those within other areas of Westpac to enhance product sales and strategy as well as with our service delivery teams to continually improve customer experience.
You will be hands on in using your own analytical skills to forecast and manage product profitability for the EBC and EVC products and will draw upon your risk disciplines and will have an active role in managing the risk, compliance and quality assurance components of your portfolio. Additionally you will also manage third party relationships with vendors and statutory bodies.
Your experience to date includes roles in Product Management where you have developed a strong track record in project/product delivery. Cards and broader transactional banking experience is desirable however if you hold wider financial services product experience, or employee benefits experience you are encouraged to apply.
