As a product manager, you will be accountable for evolving our Global Corporate Card and Centrally Billed solutions and for driving innovation and transformation to deliver a world-class client experience, both offline and online.
You will drive end-to-end responsibilities at the client and Cardholder levels, including product strategy, product development, evolution of our servicing / operations / implementations models, internal and external partner engagement and collaboration, training and communications. This position will report to the Senior Product Manager for Corporate Card based in London. The successful candidate will be working closely with teams located in the UK, Singapore and the US.
Responsibilities include:
Drive product strategy and roadmap development, inclusive of gaining cross-functional buy-in from senior stakeholdersOversee product development activities from a business perspective to ensure quality and timely delivery within projected plans and within budgetWork collaboratively to evolve our servicing, operations and implementations models and disciplinesProvide product support and subject matter expertise for development of sales materials, training programs and client facing documents

Extensive experience in product strategy, management and developmentskill with
large-scale and high-quality product development and executionIn-depth knowledge of the Cards businessExperience working with partners or providers in the travel procurement value chain (travel management, expense management or reporting solutions) is preferredExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organization as well as with internal and external partners in a collaborative mannerSelf-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiativesAbility to adapt to a fast paced and changing environmentJ.P.
