About the Job:
• We are looking for a fantastic Product Manager that can be a "mini-CEO" for their product line.
• The product is built for developers but you should still prefer "usability" over "techy."
Responsibilities:
• Own all aspects of the product.
• Talk to customers, gather ideas, and turn those ideas into reality.
• Create requirements to document the awesome new ideas. Create mock-ups, user stories, and tests with a crazy amount of detail.
• Meet your long term commitments by managing today: create, groom, and prioritize the backlog.
• Contribute to the long term planning of the product by embedding yourself in the market, analyzing opportunities, and creating models to influence overall priorities.
Requirements:
• Experience as a developer. You must have an understanding of platform development to manage this product.
• Experience owning a product, setting the direction, and leading the team to success.
• Proficient with Agile development processes.
• You must be a doer first.
• Great UI sense. You won't need to create the UI yourself but you must have a good sense for what is good and what is bad based on your experience.
Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with Healthcare industry is a plus.
• BA/BS from a competitive school. CS or related engineering degree is an extra bonus point.
