Are you interested in contributing to the innovation and product development at the world's leading risk management solutions company?
As a product manager, you will drive the product strategy, pricing, and feature development of Moody's Analytics Portfolio Management and Economic Capital product line, which includes one of our flagship products, RiskFrontier. You will interact with the Research, Engineering, and Program Management teams to implement the product features. You will work with the Marketing and client facing organizations (Sales, Professional Services, and Client Support teams) to position, market, and implement products in the market place. You will also engage with our global client base to communicate the product vision and obtain feedback to determine business priority.
Responsibilities
- Work with product team to prioritize product features and develop product strategy
- Work with the business analysts within the team to create use cases and functional requirements
- Interact with Research, Engineering, and Program Management to plan releases in support of the product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate with Research and Technical Communications teams to develop product documentation, including model documentation, user guides, FAQs, and release notes
- Respond to customer product issues escalated by the Client Support, Sales, and Professional Services teams
- Present the products to clients and prospective clients
- Roll out product releases, including training the sales team on new features and product pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Contribute to the RFPs (Request for Proposals) process
- Plan user groups and contribute to other Moody?s Analytics conferences
- Communicate business results to senior management and internal stakeholders
- International travel as needed
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in financial services; credit risk software experience preferred
- Bachelors degree required; Master degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, ability to manage and deliver multiple project results in a fast-paced environment
- Must take initiative, be energetic, and have a "get-it-done" attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
