Product Manager recruitment
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- To develop and deploy excellent comms plan which supports product development enhancements.
- Responsible for reviewing and improving current product comms plan and develop marketing briefs.
- Monitor, identify and analyse changes in the products market and provide insight based upon factual information
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence decision making in order to implement strategies developed based upon market intelligence
- Ensure strong working knowledge of customer segmentation, customer propositions, competitive differentiation and market testing
- Analyse the ever changing market to provide accurate market intelligence
Key skills required for this role:
- Strong knowledge of customer marketing techniques with ability to develop the teams understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Strong market analysis background of identifying, developing products based upon market intelligence
- Must have significant product background and managed the Profit and Loss of a Product
- Competent to produce compelling marketing product briefs and good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
- Must have research background, with strong numerical skills. Being familiar with Microsoft Visio is desirable
