Position Requirements:
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of the Fitch Solutions business globally by managing programs to generate market awareness and product demand and will have the following key objectives:
• Developing and executing integrated marketing plans (both GTM and sustaining) for a variety of markets and products
• Owning all aspects of marketing plans including logistics, group - group communications, work back schedules, budget management, execution and measurement of return-on-investment.
• Executing on marketing plans as they pertain to development of lead generation programs, including development of collateral material, execution of events, development of direct mail campaigns, and execution on advertising, electronic marketing and assisting with media relations programs.
• Implementing continuous improvement in lead generation process e.g. lists, programs, execution, program types, lead scoring etc.
• Identifying opportunities in the market and executing on them through strategic marketing initiatives in close partnership with the sales team.
• Tracking and measuring the results of all marketing tactics and programs.
• Proactively contributing to annual strategic planning process, including providing market insights, strategy and tactical plan development.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing within financial services
• Self-motivated professional with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven success in creating and executing marketing plans
• Sufficient business experience to understand the customer's business problem
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with sales teams
• Good understanding of the need to take different approaches in different regions to improve visibility
• Experience of building up case studies approach to marketing
• Methodical and systematic approach to work
• Bachelor's degree required.
