Product Research Technician

We are interested in adding a Product Research Technician to a new division within our company called Server Monkey. Server Monkey specializes in the procurement and sale of new and refurbished IT equipment.
Required Experience:
• BOM experience required. Building, maintaining, updating, and researching.
• Server experience required. Must have strong product knowledge and strong server knowledge.
• Must be able to build servers, handle parts, and identify parts. Must understand refurbishing, trouble shooting, NPI, and dealing with factory environment.
• Bachelors or Masters degree or related experience in Electrical Engineering or similar is preferred.
• E-commerce experience is preferred. An understanding of e-commence and experience working with updating or building sites is preferred.
• Must be open to and willing to work in a “startup” environment
• Quality Management System (QMS) experience preferred. Experience with or exposure to ISO 9001, ESD, APQP, and PPAP are requested.
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Technically curious, flexible and able to be cross functional among different teams.
