Product & Revenue Performance Business Partner recruitment
A leading global banking organisation, is seeking to hire a Revenue Performance Analyst to add real value to the analysis and performance management function within the Corporate Banking division.
This a VP graded role and as such will be a highly commercial position which sits in the performance management function of the bank, a strategic team which partners with heads of product groups, and the COO population, advising them upon the performance of their division, steering revenue streams towards greater performance transparency and increased profitability.
This team is independent of the finance function, however works closely with the finance team and its outputs to produce meaningful, insightful analysis upon which Senior business leaders can make decisions upon. Specifically you will get involved with:
− Reporting and analysing the financial performance drivers of the Corporate Banking products and various revenue streams, and customer segments.
− Presenting financial performance and analysis to key stakeholders in the business
− Co-ordinating and assisting the business to prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets and projections
− Providing insight into the detailed financial drivers of the business including margins, balances, sub-product performance and client segment performance
− Innovating new ways of analysing the performance of the Cash Management business
As such, the successful Performance Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
− Strong client service mentality, communication and stake-holder management skills
− Knowledge of commercial or investment banking product suite, including income, balance, margin and capital drivers
− Understanding of the competitive environment and the likely impacts on revenue streams.
- Advanced Excel skills
It is likely that you will be a qualified accountant and have significant experience in producing MI in a Business partnering role within a Corporate, Investment or Retail Banking organisation
