Energy sales coverage role for SEA corporates

Key Roles Responsibilities

This is an Energy Sales role - coverage of SEA energy corporates on energy risk management.

Responsibility is to cover a group of commodity coporate clients to provide risk management and commodity financing solutions.

You will work as part of a team with regional SEA coverage responsibilities. In addition to generating revenue, you will push product to onshore generalist sales in the region.

Responsibility to provide suitable commodity products to SCCG, OCC, PB and other relationship teams in SCB.

Industry sectors would include airlines, refiners, shippers, airlines and commodity traders. Products covered would be swaps, options and financing structures.

Qualifications Skills

To succeed in this position, you should possess the following:

- at least some years of frontline client-facing sales experience, commodity experience will be an added advantage but not necessarily a prerequiste requirement
- strong commercial acumen and understanding of markets
- strong interest in financial and political news
- energetic, enthusiastic, personable, comfortable in talking and meeting clients regularly
- ability to operate in a team environment, listen to trader wants and clients needs and to determine the balance between these two groups to maximize revenues
