Product Support Engineer
You'll work on major portions of the Vreasy distributed application. You’ll code individual modules using the most appropriate technology, and even put your hands into our scary legacy code 🙂 You'll work with the CTO to lay out the future of the system. You'll help us achieve our usability and scaling goals and help us attract other companies to use our API and add to our ecosystem thanks to good design. You’ll be working in a small team of developers where your opinion and contributions have a direct impact on the product.
You’ll work with an extremely innovative technical product, figuring out how to help users take advantage of advanced features and providing feedback to Development to help the product improve.
Main requirements
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Computer science or engineering background
- Software testing and/or QA experience is a plus
- Experience in the Vacation Rentals or travel industry desirable
Nice to have
- Writing skills in French, Italian or Dutch
