The successful candidate will join this highly successful FMCG company based in the heart of Brackley, Northamptonshire and ideally will be a graduate looking to develop their career further.
This position offers a competitive salary with excellent additional benefits to include a shift allowance as this permanent role is on a rotating shift pattern as follows;
5.30am - 2.30pm
1.30pm - 10.30pm
6.00pm - 3.00am
Candidates applying should have the following skills / experience;
Communication and interpersonal skills
PC Literate
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Problem-solving techniques
Assertive
Effective decision maker
Main duties to include;
Creating and maintaining a packing schedules for each day
Providing Section Managers with clear goals
Working closing with Section Managers and Production Manager to implement production plans
Recording performance data and provide analysis of performance KPI's
